Master Production Scheduling Specialist

ROLE

Within the Supply Chain department, you are responsible for production scheduling, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and the availability of raw materials. You actively contribute to the reliability of the production plan and the optimization of flows, while guaranteeing a high level of customer service.

Your responsibilities:

1. Demand and capacity analysis

• Analyze customer demand in relation to raw material availability and production capacities
• Ensure the balance between load and capacity, and propose alternative solutions (partial deliveries, rescheduling) if necessary
• Guarantee compliance with safety stock levels
• Reschedule delayed production orders and keep workshop capacities up to date in SAP
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP data and settings

2. Production scheduling

• Convert firm customer orders into relevant and up-to-date manufacturing orders
• Optimize production through reuse of surpluses and consistency of manufacturing processes
• Ensure the correct production status of all components
• Coordinate and confirm intercompany orders with group subsidiaries
• Actively participate in daily production meetings

3. Continuous adjustment and improvement

• Adjust planning parameters and recalculate safety stocks according to demand evolution and risks
• Analyze slow-moving items to identify optimization opportunities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis and planning tools
