About the job
«For every child in Switzerland a fulfilled childhood and a self-determined, responsible upbringing.»
This is our vision and currently around 200 employees and over 1000 volunteers throughout Switzerland are committed to it with great dedication and passion. With our offerings such as the emergency number 147, parent letters, application training, media usage workshops and many more, we support children and young people as well as their parents on a daily basis.
In addition, we are undergoing a comprehensive transformation towards an agile learning organisation, which is led collegially and self-organised. Collegial leadership is a leadership work dynamically self-organised and distributed among many colleagues. For this reason, we no longer have classic leadership structures focusing on individual leaders. From our future team member, we wish that this transformation and the underlying cultural change will continue to be shaped.
Would you also like to help shape and have a positive impact on children and young people in Switzerland? Then strengthen our team!
