Head of Controlling & Processes (60-80%)

Your tasks:
As Head of Controlling & Processes, you work for different stakeholders. You work closely with the University Director and the university management. Your tasks include:
- Timely and quality-compliant handling of tasks in the area of finance/controlling
- Management of financial quarterly closings, budget process, and preparation of forecasts including training of employees on project controlling
- Lead in the billing of third-party funded projects and financial support of project managers
- Implementation of projects in the area of data, processes, and applications
- Responsibilities for the approval of student statistics, process management of the university as well as other cross-university processes and tools
- Leadership responsibility for one person from controlling
- Participation in the cross-university services management meetings
Your profile:
For this demanding position, you have a university degree in business administration with good knowledge in project management. In addition, you bring the following:
- Several years of experience in finance/controlling and good SAP user skills
- Experience in project management
- Very good communication skills
- High resilience, objectivity, reliability, and pronounced service orientation towards stakeholders at the university
- Experience in the higher education sector is desired
