As a regional sales manager, you will take on a key role in acquiring and processing complex IFS projects (Integrated Facility Services). Together with the regional director, you will be responsible for the revenue and growth planning of the Bern region. You will independently manage projects from the first customer contact to contract creation, thus significantly shaping the success of our region.
Your main tasks:
- Customer acquisition: Acquisition of new customers for IFS projects as well as support for strategic existing customers
- Sales process: Independent and targeted management of the entire sales process (identification, analysis, proposal presentation, contract negotiations, closing)
- Business development: Identification of new business areas and building a sustainable new business pipeline
- Relationship management: Active maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships
Your profile:
- Education: You have a higher technical or business education (HF, FH, Uni)
- Experience: You bring solid sales experience (B2B) in facility management, technical services, or real estate sector
- Market knowledge: You possess a deep understanding of the relevant markets and their development potentials
- Personality: Your winning personality and communication skills convince at all levels
- Languages: You have negotiation-level German and good English skills; any additional language is a plus
