About the job
The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five retirement homes as well as with Spitex.For long-term care at the Oberi Retirement Home, which provides a cosy home for a total of 150 residents, we are looking for a motivated, interested and responsible individual for the special dementia unit from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement .
Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents
- Analysing and managing complex care and support situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Responsible for the care process within the framework of key worker duties
- As day shift supervisor in close collaboration with interfaces
- Primarily early and late shifts
Your Profile
- Training at nursing specialist level HF or FH with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- High social competence, independence, flexibility and resilience
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes (RAI)
- Experience with RAI LTCF or comparable
