Your field of activity

• As a dispatcher in a two-person team, you are responsible for the timely and demand-oriented deployment planning of our modern suction excavator fleet and our employees
• You independently record and create orders and take care of obtaining all necessary permits
• Your versatile range of tasks also includes telephone support and competent advice for our customers. You provide well-founded information, recognise needs and proactively find solutions for arising challenges
• Also, checking reports, LSVA billing, time recording as well as maintaining customer and supplier master data are part of your daily responsibilities

Your foundation

• You have completed a technical or commercial basic training and bring several years of experience in dispatching or the logistics sector
• With your quick grasp and networked thinking, you quickly find your way in complex situations and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• Thanks to your communicative, flexible and team-oriented personality, you lead our employees purposefully and at the same time maintain professional and trusting relationships with customers
• Sound geographical knowledge of Switzerland, confident handling of IT systems as well as your solution-oriented, structured and precise way of working characterise you
• Your confident German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
