To strengthen our engineering team in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for a Plant Engineer.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and implementing maintenance measures in the assigned area
- Ensuring and reviewing ongoing plant documentation
- Support in plant responsibility, deputizing, and services within the department
- Responsible for planning and realization of investment projects, risk analyses as well as operational trials or plant optimizations
- Maintaining specialist responsibility as a "specialist" for assigned technical areas
- You implement the company's vision and culture and foster the transfer of technical know-how in the mechanical engineering field to the members of the operations management team
Qualifications and experience:
- Completed training as a mechanic or locksmith EFZ with several years of professional experience or technician HF in mechanical engineering or process engineering
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong communication skills characterize you and you appreciate teamwork
- Independent and structured working style is a matter of course for you
- Solid professional experience in operational engineering
- Solution-oriented thinking, taking initiative, and resilience complete your profile
