About the job
Maintenance Coordinator (a) 80-100%- You plan and coordinate the assignments of the service technicians.
- You monitor orders and ensure deadlines are met.
- You organise material procurement and check deliveries.
- You process orders and feedback in the IT tool Volta.
- You prepare quotations and invoice proposals and carry out billing.
- You maintain and update relevant lists (defects, spare parts, plant master data, etc.).
- You correctly allocate hours and supplier invoices.
- You support the team with administrative tasks.
- Commercial or technical basic training with qualification (state-recognised FA / EFZ)
- Basic knowledge in maintenance and building technology
- Knowledge of accounting (debtors / creditors)
- Strong customer-oriented and communicative skills
- Confident and engaging manner
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Language skills: German (business fluent), English an advantage
