The Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape the daily life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and make a valuable contribution to society. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- Active participation in care and support in the dementia area with a focus on quality and person-centered care
- Promotion and support of our learners as well as team members with passion and commitment
- Design and implementation of practical training with real added value for everyday care
- Support of learners in their personal and professional development
- Co-creation of a constructive team culture and contribution of your own ideas
Our requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a health professional EFZ
- Trainer further education or the willingness to complete it
- Ideally experience in long-term care and/or in training
- Communication skills, empathy, and sense of responsibility
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and a pronounced team spirit
