What is my role?

• You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electronic article surveillance systems at our customers' premises

• You carry out service calls and fault rectifications directly on site

• You provide competent advice to customers on technical questions regarding article surveillance systems

• You commission new systems and train users in their operation

• You document your work carefully and maintain customer data

• You work closely with technical support and the sales team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as an electronics technician, electrical installer or a comparable technical qualification

• Ideally, you have experience in security technology or electronic systems

• You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to work throughout Switzerland

• You work independently, in a structured and customer-oriented manner

• You have technical understanding and manual dexterity

• You enjoy communicating with customers and work in a solution-oriented way

• You speak fluent German; additional national languages are an advantage
