YOUR MISSION? You are Mama’s favourite person when it comes to People & Culture! 👵👴💖
As the key link between the General Manager and the central People & Culture team, you are responsible for the entire personnel management and administration of our house.

You are the HR ambassador for a team of around 60 talents and create the warm, crazy and friendly atmosphere for which Mama is known. Our teams should always feel perfectly looked after by you. 🙋♀️🙋♂️🤝 You ensure that our employees experience the genuine Mama ✨ Experience and create a positive and inspiring working environment where everyone can grow. 🌟😊 You are responsible for the entire payroll 💰 and are the first point of contact for various external organisations and partners. You recruit new talents 👥 and support our department heads 🏆 both in their leadership role and in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
