What you can achieve
- You care for, accompany, and support our hematological-oncological patients and their relatives
- You prepare patients specifically for self-management after hospital discharge
- You work passionately in interdisciplinary and professional treatment teams
- You have experience with cytostatics, antibody, and immunotherapies
- Together with the team, you implement the continuous development of clinical nursing practice towards best practice/best care and evidence-based, result- and patient-oriented nursing
- You actively contribute to a positive culture in our teams and support the onboarding of new colleagues
What you bring
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH)
- You have a strong interest in complex acute medicine. Experience and knowledge in hematology/oncology are advantageous but not a requirement.
- You convince with your open and appreciative communication and your consistent service orientation
- You bring enthusiasm and the will to contribute confidently and successfully in multiprofessional teams
- You communicate confidently and securely in German (at least level B2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
