Health Specialist EFZ (80%–100%), with vocational training function

Your tasks

• As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for the supervision, promotion, and training of our apprentices
• You create a professional and appreciative training culture
• By accompanying apprentices, you are up to date with the latest in care and at the same time help Spitex Regio Arth-Goldau to further develop
• The holistic, needs-based care and support of our customers at home, including household tasks, is part of your daily work
• You support the care processes, document yourself, and thus contribute to making the care and billing of our work run smoothly

Your profile

• Your experience in vocational training contributes to a professional training quality of our apprentices
• As a trained FaGe EFZ, you are well versed in everyday care
• You are confident in traffic with your category B driver's license
• Responsibility, organizational skills, and joy in knowledge transfer are values you like to share with us
