It includes two hospital sites located in Moutier and Saint-Imier, nine Medicentres, an ambulance network, two nursing homes, two radiology institutes, a centre for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalisation service.

Job Description
You contribute to offering a warm welcome and quality services to a varied clientele composed of employees, patients, visitors, and external customers.
Through your professionalism, sense of service, and commitment, you actively participate in the well-being of those welcomed and the quality of the experience offered within Le Réseau de l’Arc.
Your main tasks
- Welcome and advise cafeteria customers with professionalism and friendliness (employees, patients, visitors, and external clientele).
- Ensure quality service, including à la carte table service, order taking, and monitoring of services.
- Participate in enhancing and renewing the food & beverage offer.
- Manage routine operations related to the cafeteria, such as cash handling, cash reports, and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Contribute to hospitality services for patients, including computerised meal order taking and support in somatic care services.
Qualifications
You have proven experience in catering and customer service.
- You master à la carte table service.
- You are comfortable interacting with diverse audiences and possess good interpersonal and social skills.
- You have a sense of responsibility and initiative.
- You are an open, dynamic, and service-oriented person.
- You demonstrate professional conscientiousness.
- You have good integration skills.
- You are flexible, autonomous, and enjoy teamwork.
