Job Description

The emergency department of Clinique et Permanence d’Onex SA is seeking a nurse in charge at 100%.

In this strategic position, you ensure the organisation, continuity and quality of the department's activities, while ensuring their integration into the clinic's development projects. You play a central role in team coordination, notably through scheduling, managing absences and guaranteeing optimal coverage to allow smooth and efficient daily operations.

As a middle manager, you actively participate in defining and implementing the paramedical project, in line with the institutional vision. You contribute to setting the department's objectives, identifying areas for improvement and structuring the organisational modalities necessary for its evolution, seeking the best efficiency.

Your conditions

• Position: Head of the emergency department
• Activity rate: 100% (starting as soon as possible), including 20% in care
• Hierarchy: Medical management (care) and Operational management (administrative)

Profile sought

• Recognised nursing diploma
• Authorisation to practise in the canton of Geneva
• Proven experience in team management, ideally in an emergency department
• Additional training in management or health institution management (an asset)
• Strong skills in coordination and team management
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a clinical environment required
