The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. The extensive garden with a private bathing beach, panoramic boat jetty, and marina is complemented by a versatile water sports offer, a water ski and sailing school, as well as boat rentals.

Completed vocational training and experience in a comparable position
Professional experience in 5* hotels is an advantage
Strong service mindset, high quality awareness, attention to detail
Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests, well-groomed appearance
Resilience, flexibility
Very good German and Italian skills, English skills are an advantage
📄 YOUR TASKS
Support of the F&B Manager in all areas
Co-responsible for all administrative work in the F&B area including inventory
Ensuring smooth operation in the individual F&B outlets, active assistance in the restaurants and bars
Support of the Events Manager in the preparation and follow-up of an event including care of the organizers and event managers
Support of the purchaser
