Overall Project Manager / Client Representation 80 - 100%
Do you have experience in managing complex, large construction projects? We offer an exciting and responsible position in the client representation of the Canton of Zurich. With us, you will build the future – together with 160 dedicated colleagues. As the overall project manager in the construction area B of the building department, you will be responsible for challenging, larger projects of the canton in the portfolio of justice buildings, such as the complete restoration of the listed district facility Zurich or the conversion of the center for administrative detention under foreign law.
With us, you will be responsible for leading large project teams with representatives of the user community, owner representation, and external contractors. You will manage the planning and construction processes, conduct tenders, be responsible for contract management, and keep costs, deadlines, as well as risk and project-related quality management (PQM) under control. You will regularly report to the project committee, inform the government and cantonal council, and prepare controlling reports for higher authorities.

You have a degree as an architect or engineer (ETH or FH), are innovative, and always looking for the best solution.
