Nurse in general care (50% - 100%)
Profile:
We are looking for a nurse with a diploma in general care from SUPSI / SSSCI or an equivalent qualification recognized by the CRS.
The future collaborator exercises daily professional leadership, taking responsibility for care, promoting relationships based on respect, and actively contributing to the achievement of shared goals.
They operate independently within their area of expertise, collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure personalized care plans oriented to patient needs.
They foster a positive and constructive work climate, participating in team development and promoting an environment that supports quality, safety, and organizational well-being.
They act according to scientific evidence, contributing to continuous improvement, evaluation of care outcomes, and professional growth for themselves and the group.
Flexibility related to changing service conditions is a necessary prerequisite, also in view of future service development projects.
