Recruiter - fixed-term (a) 80 - 100%- Recruitment of specialists in the areas of cleaning and laundry throughout the entire process – from vacancy discussion to contract creation
- Active development and ongoing maintenance of the talent pool
- Development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies to identify suitable candidates, including via alternative search channels
- Continuous optimisation and further development of recruitment processes
- Preparation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel data and changes in the ERP system
- Support of the People & Culture team in Bern in daily operational business
- Completed basic training (commercial or business administration)
- Practical experience in recruitment and applicant management is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional languages are a bonus
- Organisational talent with a structured and goal-oriented working style
- You are an open personality, proactively pick up the phone and approach people positively
