Join Axpo Services AG as a Senior Support Agent and play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence within our Group IT on-site support team. Collaborate with dynamic professionals and help drive high-quality IT service delivery.
What you will do:
Act as Deputy On-Site Support Team Lead, ensuring continuity in operations and acting as escalation authority in the absence of the Team Lead.
Oversee daily execution of on-site support services, monitor team performance, and enforce adherence to IT processes and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to L2/L3 teams when necessary.
Manage ticket lifecycle and ensure SLA targets are met.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and document solutions for recurring issues.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational resilience.
What you bring & who you are:
Vocational training or degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
7–10 years of experience in IT support environments, with expertise in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and software troubleshooting (Windows, Microsoft 365).
Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM) and ITIL processes.
Clear communication skills and fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Structured problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
Ideally, experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate).
