Then we have just the right thing for you: a varied and challenging pre-internship position in youth work in Regensdorf with plenty of creative freedom.

We offer you an exciting insight into open youth work. You will be welcomed by a well-coordinated, experienced, and motivated team that will introduce you to the diverse world of youth work. After a thorough introduction, we will accompany you throughout your entire internship and take time for regular coaching sessions. We will teach you methods, professional contexts, and practical knowledge. At the same time, we expect curiosity, initiative, and motivation from you.

Reliability, proactive thinking, energy, independence, resilience, creativity, sensitivity to youth issues and diverse life realities, as well as flexible availability (including evenings and weekends, with time compensation) are among your strengths? You also bring team spirit and a good sense of humor? Then you are exactly right with us.


During your pre-internship, you will support our regular offerings, such as the open youth meeting, and take on initial areas of responsibility. Together with us, you will plan and implement projects and events – and maybe you will also bring your own ideas that you want to realize. Administrative and organizational tasks as well as participation in team and networking meetings complete your range of activities.
