Job Description
- You take primary responsibility for material and medication management as well as administrative tasks on the surgical ward.
- You support ensuring a smooth departmental workflow, considering cost-effectiveness and available resources.
- You treat and care for patients during their hospital stay.
- You help ensure optimal and competent nursing care.
- Medical-technical, administrative, and housekeeping tasks are part of your responsibilities.
- You enjoy mentoring trainees.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a health professional
- Confident handling of computers and MS Office
- Enjoyment of nursing activities and medical technology
- Empathy, teamwork skills, and respectful interaction with others
- Independent, reliable, ambitious, and motivated personality
- Ability to remain calm and focused even in demanding situations
- Quick comprehension, service orientation, and willingness to learn new things
