Construction and Project Manager or Junior Site Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Depending on your training and experience, you will work as a construction project manager or as a junior site manager
• You will take over the project and site management of renovation and new build projects (multi-family houses) until successful handover
• You will be responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality
• You will also coordinate planners, contractors, and craftsmen and be the contact person for clients and authorities
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for tendering, awarding contracts, and negotiating work contracts
• Leading the local site management as well as cost control and change order management complete your varied and demanding range of tasks

Requirements

• You have training as a structural draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter, joiner, or similar (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you also bring further training as a site manager / construction technician or the willingness to undertake further training
• If you have training as a bricklayer, carpenter, or a comparable qualification, it is important that you have already gained some professional experience in site management
• Do you consider yourself entrepreneurial, communicative, well organised, and assertive?
