Role Objective:

In this position, you ensure the precise assembly of high-quality gearbox systems and guarantee their flawless function. With your technical understanding and quality awareness, you help to reliably meet demanding customer requirements. At the same time, you support the continuous improvement of assembly processes and manufacturing aids.

Your Tasks:

• Assembly of highly precise gearboxes and mechanical assemblies
• Conducting functional tests as well as final inspections of assembled products
• Ensuring high-quality and timely production
• Collaborating in the optimisation of assembly procedures and work processes
• Supporting the development and improvement of assembly fixtures and aids
• Close cooperation within the production team to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile:

• Completed basic mechanical training, for example as a polymechanic or mechanic
• Experience in assembling mechanical assemblies, ideally in precision or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of turning and/or milling is an advantage
• Precise, clean, and independent working style
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for a versatile working environment
