Technical Coordinator (M/F)
We are looking for a 100% technical coordinator for our Neuchâtel agency.
Your missions
- Manage the planning of the assembly and commissioning team for Neuchâtel projects
- Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of tools
- Participate in the recruitment of assembly and temporary teams
- Analyze technical files (plans, bids, client specifications)
- Establish provisional schedules and operating procedures in agreement with the project manager
- On-site visits with the client, project team colleagues (multi-technical topics), and joint development of the specifications
- Analyze the compliance of the installation (Standards and site SPEC)
- Ensure the correct use of PPE and the safety of subcontractors
- Coordinate and schedule interventions of different trades in multi-technical projects
- Supervise the implementation of industrial piping installations, ventilation, and associated equipment (supports, ducts, networks, insulation, testing)
- Control technical compliance, quality, and progress of work
- Manage unforeseen events and adjust resources according to site priorities
- Write weekly progress reports
- Manage specificities on industrial sites
- Control the budgeted hours allocated to each project
- Propose technical and/or financial optimizations
- Reception with the client and project manager and resolution of reservations
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge in piping, ventilation, and multi-technical fields
- Experience in managing complex multi-technical projects and good command of IT tools
- Native French speaker
- Excellent ability to unite and communicate information
- Motivating personality, committed, and good stress management
