IHRE AUFGABEN
Strategy & Value Management
-
Define and continuously refine the AI strategy, vision, and value proposition, translating enterprise ambitions into an executable AI roadmap
-
Ensure all AI initiatives are value-driven, with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and benefit realization tracking
-
• Balance short-term impact vs. long-term capability building within the ART portfolio
Roadmap & Portfolio Leadership

Own the AI ART roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management across initiatives
-
Align roadmap priorities with business sponsors, CVS, Product Management, Architecture, Risk, and Delivery

Ensure coherence between AI use cases, platforms, data foundations, and operating models
Governance, Financial & Operational Oversight
-
Establish and govern financial frameworks (CtB, CtA, RtB), ensuring transparency, cost control, and value optimizationat
-
Chair the AI ART and ensure effective governance, cadence, and decision-making
-
Approve key milestones, critical decisions, and final deliverables in line with quality, risk, and compliance standards
Delivery Enablement & Risk Management

Guide concept development and solution direction, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and compliance
-
Allocate resources across initiatives and resolve capacity or skill constraints
-
Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery, technology, regulatory, and data risks
Leadership, Alignment & Collaboration
-
Act as a strategic sparring partner to Product Managers, Product Owners, and the delivery organization

Build strong leadership alignment within the ART and across stakeholder groups
-
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Project Management or IT Management) is highly desirable

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Agile roles, with at least 3 years specifically as an ART Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent Scaled Agile position with a rock solid track record

Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, business representatives, and technical leads to align delivery with strategic objectives

In-depth understanding of SAFe principles and practices and proven experience in managing E2E delivery for large-scale transformation programs

Strong facilitation skills for key SAFe events and ability to coach and guide Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams

Skilled in conflict resolution, servant leadership, and removing impediments at scale with ability to communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and operations teams

Proficiency in tracking team performance using metrics such as velocity, predictability, quality trends, and objective KPIs

Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
-
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in dynamic environments
