Mandate Manager Accounting & Advisory - Zurich (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently manage national and international fiduciary mandates
You prepare accounting, interim and annual financial statements as well as reporting
You are responsible for VAT returns and financial reconciliations
You coordinate payroll processes and relevant notifications
You advise clients on business management issues
You further develop digital and automated fiduciary processes
You support client projects and acquisition activities
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in fiduciary services or finance and accounting or equivalent further training
Several years of experience in mandate management and international client support
Sound knowledge of accounting and value added tax
Confident use of digital tools and ideally Abacus
Very good German and English skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
