Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Creating CNC programmes using CAM systems such as Mastercam and WinFlex for various turning and milling centres
- Setting up and monitoring machines during production
- Conducting quality controls and optimising manufacturing processes
- Leading a small team and planning production orders
- Participating in projects and supporting compliance with guidelines
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in turning with systems such as WinFlex, Fanuc or Mazatrol as well as basic CAM knowledge
- High quality awareness combined with respectful and cooperative working style
- Initial knowledge in resource planning of employees and machines
