Your tasks
- Planning and execution of trade fairs and events
- Management of sponsorship engagements
- Coordination of printed materials
- Conceptualization and implementation of marketing and sales promotion measures
- Link in the collaboration with associations and organizations
- Coordination and planning of photoshoots
- Support of the managing director in administrative matters
Your profile
- Commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification in marketing
- Further education in communication and marketing (CAS or professional certificate)
- Several years of experience in event management
- Confident handling of common Microsoft tools (e.g., Teams)
- Knowledge of Adobe programs InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with digital media and use of AI-generated tools
- Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
- Openness, strong communication skills, and decisiveness
- Organizational talent and enjoyment in planning and coordinating
- Creativity and team spirit
- Very good German skills; English and French are a plus
