- Responsible for and ensuring the basic medical care of the MNA, taking into account legal and other requirements (authorities, specialists, and ORS)
- Leading and organizing an effective triage according to urgency and severity as well as subsequent coordination with medical organizations (emergency, rescue organizations, doctors, dentists)
- Performing medical first aid in emergencies, nursing measures, and medically prescribed measures
- Managing the home pharmacy and emergency kit under the guidance of a responsible pharmacist
- Organizing, advising, and partially personally conducting regular training for non-medical staff in the area of basic medical care/procedures in emergencies and prevention
- Identifying, informing, initiating, and enforcing measures/structures regarding communicable diseases and general hygiene
- Holding consultations at the MNA locations
- Maintaining and managing medical records
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / Postgraduate HF studies)
- Authorization for independent professional practice
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, and special private extract)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- French | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Driver's license category B desired
