What you can achieve
- Operational and strategic management of the hospital pharmacy in close collaboration with the departments of Clinical Pharmacy, Production, Logistics and Quality Assurance as well as personnel and professional leadership of directly subordinate employees
- Ensuring the service mandate and supply security
- Responsibility for the pharmaceutical care of the hospital and external customers as well as compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance
- Continuous development and promotion of innovation and digitalisation and participation in internal and external working groups and expert committees as well as project management
- Promotion of an attractive and development-oriented working environment
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in pharmacy, ideally with a doctorate or habilitation, as well as a professional practice licence as a pharmacist
- Specialist pharmacist title, ideally in hospital pharmacy
- Experience in a comparable management position as well as a strong enthusiasm for leadership responsibility
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system with national and international networking
