Brief & concise
- Several years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Further training in HR is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
- Proficient use of applicant management systems and social networks
- High level of integrity, discretion, and advisory competence
- Ability to delegate and set clear expectations
- Use of empathetic communication
- Effective time management and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive approach to challenges and development of innovative solutions
- Knowledge of legal texts L-GAV, OR, ZGB
Main tasks
- Support the Director of HR in all operational personnel matters
- Responsibility for implementing the HR strategy in line with company goals
- Ensure professional personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, employee files, references, etc.)
- Plan and conduct the entire recruitment process for all departments
- Organise and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and internal talent programmes
- Support and advise managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Co-design training and development programmes in collaboration with the L&D team
- Ensure compliance with all labour law regulations and internal standards
- Promote an open, appreciative communication culture
- Support employee events, recognition programmes, and internal initiatives
