The Business Support is perceived by our external and internal customers as 
expertise in topics related to facility management. As a result, 
the TGM department reviews, analyzes, and advises the respective stakeholders regarding 
building technology. 

For this versatile and exciting role, we are looking for a professional with a high sense of responsibility and
distinct independence, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks:

• Central contact person for maintenance
• Consultation on inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement
• Analysis & development of maintenance strategies
• Support during commissioning & documentation review
• Conducting audits & optimization measures
• Employee training for quality enhancement
• Review & evaluation of service contracts
• Interface to authorities & offices

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or building technology heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary technology 
• Further education at the level of federal professional certificate, higher professional examination, or higher technical school 
• Experience in maintenance or willingness to engage actively in this field 
• High customer orientation and communication skills 
• Analytical and networked thinking 
• Self-responsibility and independence 
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office 
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form are required. Basic knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage but not a must.
• Impeccable character, willingness to travel within Switzerland
