HR Assistant (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Handling personnel administration
• Processing social insurances (accident/illness, EO, AHV, FamZ)
• Assisting with payroll processing including time reporting
• Assistance in occupational safety and training administration

We Expect

• You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
• Experience as an HR assistant or in payroll/social insurance
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Very good MS Office skills
• Precise and reliable working style
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Foreign languages (IT/FR/POR) are an advantage
