- Standardisation and automation of operational processes
- Planning and implementation of customer projects
- Analysis and resolution of disruptions
- Support for the support teams
- Experience in client engineering, application packaging, software distribution, and MDM
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of endpoint security is advantageous
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written

Profile
- Degree in Computer Science EFZ, specialising in System Technology/Platform Development- Experience in client engineering, application packaging, software distribution, and MDM
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of endpoint security is advantageous
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
