Tasks

Responsibility for designing the warehouse layout, optimally placing new items, and efficiently managing the picking locations in WAMAS
Continuous analysis and optimisation of warehouse structure and goods flow according to ABC criteria with the aim of continuously increasing process efficiency
Handling quality returns, new products, old stock as well as promotional and residual stock with a focus on cost-effectiveness and orderliness
Close collaboration with purchasing, goods receipt and picking to continuously improve warehouse processes
Participation in lean management initiatives, stock checks and inventories as well as shared responsibility for safety, cleanliness and order in the warehouse area

Completed training in logistics and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a logistics company
Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of WAMAS and SAP is an advantage
Sound knowledge of common logistics processes, ideally in the food and non-food sector
Structured, quality-conscious and independent working style as well as a strong understanding of safety and quality standards
Networked, solution-oriented thinking, flair for numbers and a assertive, communicative and flexible personality with very good German skills
