Your Tasks
- Define and support quality issues and processes as well as ensure the implementation of adjustments
- Monitor error management and record deviations
- Ensure the processing and completion of error reports
- Support in problem analyses
- Initiate quality measures
- Ensure current documents in process management
- Assist in optimizing processes and documents
- Organize and conduct internal audits
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and ERFA groups
Your Profile
- Higher education degree (FH, TS) with further training in quality assurance and quality management
- Further training in Lean Management or Six Sigma
- Experience with methods such as FMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, and FTA
- High social competence and communication skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Residence with good accessibility to the Möhlin (AG) and Hedingen (ZH) locations is mandatory
