Your Tasks

• You are responsible for quality in the area of implementation across Switzerland (quality assurance and measurement, improvement measures)

• You develop concepts and internal processes, actively participate in their development, and accompany the subsequent implementation (e.g., audits, automated controls)

• You analyze customer requests and specifications as well as relevant KPIs and ensure internal implementation

• You identify challenges from various departments and develop innovative solution proposals

• You create and maintain technical guidelines together with your team, communicate them to production, and check their correct implementation

• You ensure internal and external communication of the Technical Board to production and customers

• You provide professional support for our employees and partners with your team

• You are the professional link between the various departments and optimize the entire process chain together with them

• You are open to collaborating on further projects in the area of Operational Excellence

What We Envision

• You have extensive experience in the entire FTTH infrastructure (civil engineering/cable pulling/jointing, BEP assembly/in-house/OMDF)

• You have solid knowledge of the products and regulations used in the Swisscom FTTH network

• In addition to your motivated, reliable, and flexible nature, you are a team player with a high sense of responsibility

• You work in a structured manner and possess good communication skills

• Very good German and French language skills are essential
