- As an assistant doctor, you are responsible for the medical care of all gynecopsychiatric patients.
- After a thorough introduction under professional psychological supervision, you will conduct psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments.
- You are responsible for individual therapy planning, including documentation and reporting.
- You ensure gynecopsychiatric care at the St. Gallen location after comprehensive training and independently conduct pre-conception assessments for mentally ill women wishing to have children.
- You work closely with referring agencies, relatives, and authorities.
- You engage in a team that values interdisciplinary collaboration and employee appreciation.
- You maintain and promote networking with surrounding hospitals and institutions.
- You have a completed degree in human medicine (CH, EU, or EFTA state) and ideally have experience in psychiatry.
- You have an interest in the field of gynecopsychiatry, think systemically, and enjoy the interface with gynecology.
- You have a professional practice permit from the canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain one before starting the position.
- You aim for the specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy and have an advanced or already completed federally recognized psychotherapeutic training.
- Ideally, you have already completed the foreign year.
- You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment, initiative, and very good German language skills (at least C1).
