What is my role?

• Responsibility: You contribute to the continuous improvement of care processes and actively bring in your ideas and experience.

What do I need to be successful?

• Education: Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.

• Professional Experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in a similar environment.

• Expertise: You possess sound knowledge in basic and treatment care and are familiar with modern nursing techniques.

• Soft Skills: You are empathetic, patient, and have strong communication skills. Teamwork and reliability are natural to you.

• Flexibility: You are willing to work in shifts.
