YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of the HR team
- Independent support of defined areas as an HR Business Partner
- Sparring partner for management and executives on strategic and operational HR topics
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Close collaboration with the HR departments of other locations and active participation in cross-site HR projects
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Higher education with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic human resources management
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong consulting and communication skills as well as confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Enjoyment in developing, promoting, and delegating responsibility to employees
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
