Job Description

• Shift Management: You lead the shift, coordinate the team, and pitch in wherever needed.
• Plant Operation: You operate and control our modern processing plant on site, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintenance & Upkeep: You independently carry out service and maintenance work on the plant to ensure everything runs perfectly technically.
• Logistics: You keep track of deliveries and dispatches and ensure the correct handling of the recovered materials.
• Co-creation: As a pioneer at the first plant, you pass on your practical experience to improve our future sites.
• Work Model: You work in a 3-shift system.

• Experience: You bring several years of professional experience from industry, ideally from recycling, gravel processing, or production.
• Leadership Skills: Leading employees during your shift is central to you; you already have relevant leadership experience and can motivate a team.
• Craft & Technology: You are skilled with your hands, and your technical understanding as well as your confident handling of machines distinguish you.
• Personality: You are absolutely reliable, maintain respectful interactions, and have the courage to address problems openly and directly.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and clearly in German.
