We are looking for a committed and empathetic personality with experience in personal sales and a keen sense for the wishes of our patients. In this position, your focus is on telephone and digital consultation of interested parties wishing for breast augmentation, where you turn interest into binding decisions through convincing and empathetic communication.

Tasks • Initial telephone consultation and support of interested parties in the field of breast surgery • Coordination of medical consultation appointments and operations • Empathetic communication focusing on individual needs and trust • Careful documentation and maintenance of the ERP/CRM system • Close cooperation with the medical team to ensure a positive patient journey • Participation in the further development of consulting processes • Willingness for continuous training in the field of aesthetic medicine and patient communication
Qualifications/Requirements • Completed training or further education in consulting, communication or sales (e.g. sales specialist with federal diploma) • Several years of experience in consulting or sales, ideally with proven success • Empathetic, trust-building communication – by phone, video and in writing • Ability to empathize with the needs of women wishing for breast augmentation • Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools • Very good German skills, English skills an advantage • Non-smoker
