Your new role
Within the Human Resources and Legal Department, you will take on diverse tasks in the areas of finance, personnel, and administration for the School and Music office. In doing so, you support the office management, the department heads, and the secretariat management of the schools in administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. In collaboration with the central personnel services, you are responsible for applicant administration, entries and exits, as well as the classification of teachers. You contribute to the budget process, financial planning, and accounting of the office and prepare the salary budget for the teachers. Furthermore, you administratively manage the special teaching weeks and are responsible for first-level support. You actively participate in projects and organize events for the office.
This position is for you if you
- have a commercial basic education EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration or finance
- bring professional experience in finance as well as in personnel administration, preferably in the public sector
- distinguish yourself by a fluent written expression and very good grammar skills
- have proficient MS Office skills and a confident handling of modern communication channels
- maintain a careful, reliable, and independent working style
- see yourself as a loyal, service-oriented personality
