Dispatcher in Road Transport 100% (m, f, d)

We entrust you with...

• Planning of loads / transports
• Monitoring and compliance with delivery deadlines
• Driver deployment planning
• Assistance with order entry
• Contact person regarding delivery dates for internal & external departments and driver concerns
• Compliance with ARV
• Coordination / appointment scheduling with the truck workshop
• Clarifications regarding orders / delivery locations

You are strong in...

• Experience in dispatching
• Training and further education in dispatching is not a must but a plus
• Driver's license category C/E is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian are an advantage
• Independent, precise and strategic way of working
• Communicative and a team player
• Negotiation skills and organizational talent
• Resilient and flexible
