The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities a variety of residential and day structure placements in six homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
We are looking for a specialist in care and support for the Bellevue home in Walzenhausen, starting immediately or by agreement:
Specialist in Care and Support 70-90 %
What to expect:
- Support, promotion, and care for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key person system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting in the household of the living group
- Collaboration with relatives and specialists
What we expect:
- Completed training preferably in the field of care for people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative education/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing field
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
