About the job
The Hospitals of Schaffhausen include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices, as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for approximately 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. Additionally, we are an important training institution in the canton.
We are looking for you as an occupational therapist for the Therapies Department immediately or by arrangement with a workload of 30-80%.
A committed and cheerful team awaits you! In the Therapies Department, the areas of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and training therapy work interdisciplinarily hand in hand. We care for patients throughout the entire treatment chain from ICU to outpatient follow-up – this broad spectrum allows you to apply your existing skills and develop further.

What Awaits You
- Treatment of acute geriatric, acute inpatient and rehabilitation patients with conditions from the fields of surgery, geriatrics, internal medicine, neurology, and intensive care unit
- Supervision of everyday-specific group therapies
- Treatment of outpatient patients in your specific specialist area
- Presence at least 3 days per week
What You Bring to Us
- Completed training as an occupational therapist
- Additional training in neurology or cognitive training / geriatrics or motivation to further develop in these specialist areas
