• you care for the residents individually, according to their needs and with "heart and soul"
• in doing so, you ensure the quality of care as well as compliance with care processes
• you strive daily to promote and maintain the independence of the guests
• the daily responsibility rotates in turns
• you are also the contact person for relatives and doctors
• preparing the care documentation rounds off your demanding area of responsibility
• there are very few split shifts here
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 50 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a healthcare specialist
• you have also already gained professional experience in long-term care
• are you open to day, late, early and night shifts?
