For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for an Administration Employee 80% - 100% in Winterthur.
Your Challenge
- Reception and switchboard management
- General office and secretarial tasks as well as invoicing
- Handling of post and mail accounts as well as office supplies and clothing orders
- Support of the branch manager
- Cross-departmental collaboration and support of all departments
- Assistance in organising events and functions
- Responsible handling of confidential information
Your Profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as precise working methods
- Resilient, reliable and team-oriented personality
