QUALITY CONTROLLER (M/F)

Your mission:

• Within the Quality department, you ensure the inspection and validation of watch components to guarantee their conformity before production

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out dimensional, visual and technical inspections of components (appearance, dimensions, hardness, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and ISO geometric tolerances to define and perform appropriate inspections according to control ranges
• Use conventional measuring instruments as well as control equipment such as Marcel Aubert, torque meter, durometer, GR20, Vici and Vertex (mastery of at least 3 of these tools required)
• Prepare inspection and non-conformity reports
• Participate in the continuous improvement of inspection methods and processes
• Work closely with various contacts in the Quality and Production departments

Your profile:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in quality control, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnology industry
• Good command of common computer tools; knowledge of QuickControl software would be a plus
• Knowledge of quality and statistical tools would be a real asset
• Rigorous, methodical, autonomous person with a good team spirit
• Good communication skills, adaptability and strong field orientation
